Indigo Funding investment companies provide equity capital, secured loans, and/or mezzanine debt financing to enable project development, acquisition, or re-capitalization.

"Equity" refers to a partner company investment that results in partial ownership of the project.

"Debt" refers to a managed company investment that results in a first-priority lien on the project (the maximum loan period is usually 3 years).

"Mezzanine" refers to a cross between a loan and equity in the form of a call option or convertible security that allows the managed company to convert the loan into an equity investment at a previously agreed price (mezzanine finance is usually subordinated to senior debt but ranks higher than common equity).
