Direct Private Placement

The Indigo Funding Direct Private Placement program enables an Indigo Funding client company the ability to offer an investment opportunity to its accredited investor partners through either participation or the sale of private securities. Project sponsors do not incur any placement expenses, fees, or risk. Indigo Funding typically charges a 1-3% fee of the amount raised and payable after closing of the funding round.
